DRIED HONEY

Striving for excellence, with concern for the future.

DRIED HONEY IS PRODUCED FROM NATIVE HONEY BY ACCELERATED CRYSTALLIZATION.

Honey, as you know, is a valuable food product. It is not only a delicious sweet, but also a therapeutic and preventive agent. On the basis of laboratory studies and clinical observations, it is established that the composition of honey is very complex: it contains about a hundred different valuable components and trace elements for the human body
The method of processing and obtaining dry honey with the help of our technologies, allows you to get an environmentally friendly product with the preservation of all the useful microelements.

Why is it necessary? Why is dried honey needed, in general?
Understandable question. Liquid honey is a great product on its own as it is. But there is one «but.»
In modern technological processes, it is quite difficult to use honey in its natural form. It is sticky, thick, subject to crystallization and has a high degree of viscosity, which complicates processing and transportation. It is not convenient to store.

Dried honey with our method of processing retains all its useful biological properties. And also has undeniable advantages — convenience and duration of storage, the possibility of use in soluble form because the active surface area of the particles is increased.

Our products are packaged in convenient and ergonomic for transportation, metallized thermopacks of different capacities.

Honey is a rich source of vitamins and minerals.

Honey contains all B vitamins, K, E, C, provitamin A. Since the vitamins are in combination with natural mineral salts and biogenic amines, their benefits are much higher than synthetic substitutes.
Of the macro and trace elements, it contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, zinc, iodine, copper, and iron. Each of these elements affects the course of physiological processes of the body, acting as catalysts of biochemical reactions.
The carbohydrate composition of honey is mainly represented by fructose and glucose. They are easily digested, and unlike sugar do not harm tooth enamel.
Of protein compounds, honey contains enzymes, hormones and other biologically active compounds.

The raw material base for the production of our dry honey is ecologically clean regions of Russia — Altai Krai, Bashkiria, Kabardino-Balkaria, as well as Abkhazia. These are natural pearls, where there are no harmful industries and nature is preserved as much as possible in its pristine state. There we also grow and collect herbal ingredients for processing and extraction.

Honey is a gift of flowers and bees, an earthly miracle, a priceless creation of nature, in which she concentrated all the vital forces of plants.
