PECULIARITIES OF BIOTECH EXTRACTS PRODUCTION
Traditional methods and technological processes of extraction (maceration, percolation, repercolation, etc.) have reached their natural limit and do not provide an opportunity to increase the speed and quality of mechanical processing of raw materials, increase heat conductivity, mass transfer, reduce energy consumption. Modern methods of extraction using liquefied gases, low-frequency treatment, electrical treatment and others allow to significantly deplete raw materials and extract more active substances than classical ones, but require the use of technically complex and expensive equipment, expensive extractants and a large amount of electrical energy. In addition, the existing extraction methods do not allow to obtain intact the original structure of the extract, cannot extract the full set of components from the original plant raw material.
We use an author’s method — vacuum-pulse extraction. Vacuum-pulse extraction allows to extract about 95% of all extractable substances in the time from 20 min. to 40 min. at a processing temperature of not more than 45°C.
LABORATORY
Our production facility is organized to manage the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products.
